Zivio Networks Inc. is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Product Development Team in our Delhi and
Mumbai, India offices. The primary responsibilities of the engineer are:

* Design and Implementation of strategic application features

* Extension and Maintenance of existing enterprise management software infrastructure.

Required Skills

Skills Required include:

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

* 3+ years of experience with C

* 2+ years of experience with Perl

* Functional knowledge of SQL

* Basic Unix system administration skills

* TCP /IP networking experience

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Ability to learn new skills and apply them quickly

* Ability to work with legacy code to fix problems

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

In addition, the following skills are desired:

* Experience with LAMP stack development and/or administration

* Prior experience as part of a software development team

* Prior experience working at a software product company

* Knowledge of network security concepts
